Professional Experience
Together with a cross-functional team, we developed the Chase Digital Assistant℠, a virtual banking assistant in the Chase mobile app. From iterating flows and dialogs to designing UI components, developing this financial product was detail oriented and team driven.
Drift is an AI-centered platform that implements conversational bots across the web. Using in-house technology, I designed bots for Twilio, Cisco, PTC, and many others. By serving as an advocate for end users, I aided our customers in the achievement of their goals.
